"The White Cat" is an expressionist painting by Franz Marc from 1912.

It shows a white cat on a colourful background. He painted the cat in a stylised form to emphasise its elegance and grace.

Marc was an important representative of the Blaue Reiter, a group of artists who shaped Expressionism in Germany.
